In this episode we have a chat with Jan Stewart, a highly regarded mental health and neurodiversity advocate, author and the recipient of the prestigious Mom’s Choice Award for her brutally honest memoir titled Hold on Tight: A Parent’s Journey Raising Children with Mental Illness. Jan’s memoir describes her emotional story parenting two children with multiple mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders.
